Earl Grey CHocolate Mousse
Earl grey and chocolate work so well together in this decadent but easy to make dessert.

- 3 tbsp earl grey lavender
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 oz dark chocolate chips
- 3 oz milk chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
Directions
Grind the sugar and tea leaves together, then cover with boiling water and steep, covered, for 5 minutes. Add the mixture to a bowl with both chocolates and vanilla, whisking until chocolate has melted. Add the rest of the ingredients, whisking until smooth, and divide into 4 ramekins. Set in the fridge to chill for 6 hours, then enjoy with some whipped cream.
