Genmai Cha Salmon

Directions
Place butter or olive oil in a pan, and add veggies (except tomatoes) and wine. Salt and pepper to taste. Gently cook until the veggies release juices. Add the genmai cha and gently cook 2-3 min.
Line a large pan with foil, spray with olive oil, and place veggies in the bottom. Add the cherry tomatoes on top. Place the salmon on top of veggies. Sprinkle salmon with salt, pepper, and chervil. Make a foil wrap around everything, sealing all around.
Bake at 400° for 15 min. or until salmon is cooked through.
Serve with wild rice.
