Pumpkin chai baked apples
Deliciously tender baked apples with an oatmeal crumble just like a cookie. Makes a great breakfast for the fall.

Throw everything besides the apple and jam into a bowl and mix. Prepare the apples by cutting a bit off the top, then dig out the core with a sharp knife. Leave some bottom. Spoon some jam into the apples, then pack rhe top with crumble. Bake at 350 for about 35-40 minutes in a baking dish with 1/4 inch of water. Serve on its own as breakfast, or with a scoop of ice cream for dessert.
