Adagio Chocolate Chip Tea ~Dream Floats
*Prep time approx; does NOT include chilling time*
✴Dark chocolate & cocoa "cookie" (base)-Topped with Marshmallow cream- Ooey Gooey and delish, while the tea gives it sophisticated and "adult" flavors!

- ⚫ 1 Oz. Adagio Chocolate Chip Tea
- ⚫ 2 Oz. Dark Chocolate
- ⚫ 15 Oz. Bag Marshmallows
- ⚫ 3 - 4 Cups Dry Cocoa Cereal or Chocolate Graham Crackers (-You need 2 CUPS GROUND)
- ⚫ 2 Packets Cocoa Powder
- ⚫ 2 - 3 Tablespoins Milk (Cream or Half 'n half)
- ⚫ 1/2 Cup (Boiling) Water
- ⚫Shallow / Toaster-oven Pan
- ⚫(Blender/processor, bowls, cup, utensils)
Directions
*For about the size of a toaster oven tray:
COOKIE BASE:
⚫Grind: Chocolate graham crackers or chocolate cereal to render 2 CUPS GROUND Crumbs (takes about 3-4cups dry cereal)-set aside
▶In a mixing bowl:
⚫Empty: 1 & 1/2 Packets Cocoa Powder -use the other 1/2 if needed
⚫Add: 2 Tablespoon Milk or cream (or Half 'n Half); Heat in the microwave 1 - 1 1/2 Minutes -or on the stove if you like
⚫Stir in your Dark Chocolate in pieces; Melting, Combine thoroughly
⚫Add the GROUND (CHOC) CRUMBS, forming a "cookie dough" -kneading in parchment or wax paper works great
⚫Spread into your pan; Cool> CHILL for about an hour

THE DREAM FLUFF:
▶Add Tea to a cup; Boil water; Pour over tea
▶In a mixing bowl (use the same one from above) Melt Marshmallows in microwave; about 30seconds -to- 1 minute; keep an eye on it
▶ Pour in the UNSTRAINED TEA, stir
(Retrieve the cookie base from fridge)
▶Spread the Marshmallow Mix over the Cookie Base; Refrigerate / Chill for about an hour
▶Slice into bars > Indulge!
