Chocolate Truffle Lava Cake
Chocolate Truffle Lava Cake is moist and fudgy, with a warm molten center. Made in the microwave and ready in minutes, this easy treat is perfect for chocolate lovers!

- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 2 Tbs cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 Tbs oil (coconut, vegetable, or canola)
- 2 Tbs milk ( or water if vegan)
- 1 tsp Adagio Chocolate Truffle tea
- 1 chocolate truffle (or 2 Tbs chocolate chips)
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream, optional
Directions
1. Warm up milk and steep tea leaves for 3 minutes, set tea milk aside.
2. In a small bowl, add flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well.
3. Add oil and tea mixture to flour mixture, mix.
4. Transfer half of the batter to a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate truffle in the middle of the batter, then add remaining batter on top of truffle.
5. Heat in microwave for 70 seconds. I used a 1100 watt microwave.
6. Top off with ice cream.
