Cherry Almond Cookies
Delicious little tea cookies with a pop of intense cherry flavor.

- 1 cup softned infused butter (1 cup butter, 2 tbsp cherry marzipan tea)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 tsp Maple extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Maraschino cherries
Directions
For the infused butter, melt the butter and steep the tea in it, then strain and let re solidify. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and extracts. Add everything else except the cherries. Roll dough into small balls, press a thumb into each to make an indent, then place a cherry in the indent. Bake at 350 for 10-16 minutes. Enjoy!
