Panna Cotta Bunny Cups
A classic panna cotta dressed up for Easter!

- 2 tsp unflavored powdered gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 Tbs Adagio White Eternal Spring tea
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional:
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2-3 cups whipped cream
- red gel food coloring
Directions
1. Pour water in small bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over top and let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Heat cream, sugar, and tea over medium heat, whisking frequently to dissolve the sugar. As soon as you see tiny bubbles appear around the edge and steam coming off the surface, remove from heat. Strain and discard tea.
3. Quickly whisk in the gelatin until completely dissolved. Stir in vanilla.
4. Pour into prepared cups. Chill for at least 4 hours, or until completely set.
5. Melt white chocolate and pour into zip top bag. Snip corner off and pipe ear shapes onto parchment.
6. Tint whipped cream to pink. Pipe onto top of panna cotta.
7. Place chocolate ears into whipped cream to finish the look!
