Chia Vanilla Chai Pudding
Delicious and nutritious chia pudding is perfect for breakfast or a guilt free dessert.

- 2 Cups Milk
- 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbsp. Rooibos Vanilla Chai
- Optional - Extra cinnamon, whipped cream, nuts or berries for topping
- Note: Any type of milk will work. I prefer Vanilla Oat Milk.
Directions
1. Heat 2 cups of milk and steep with 2 Tbsp. Rooibos Vanilla Chai for 10 minutes. Strain and discard the Rooibos
2. Combine milk and chia seeds in bowl.
3. Let sit for a few minutes and stir again.
4. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
5. Divide into 4 portions and garnish
