Minty chocolate energy balls are made with wholesome ingredients for a quick & healthy holiday (or anytime) snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 10 pitted Medjool Dates
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
  • 2 teaspoons Adagio Peppermint tea leaves
  • pinch of sea salt

Directions

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until mixture sticks together. If your dates are not soft, you may need to add 1 to 2 teaspoons of water to the food processor. Roll into balls. Store in refrigerator.
