Hojicha Rice
For added flavor and nutrition, add this lovely color tea to your rice.

- Use 2 teaspoons of fresh Hojicha per cup of water - I like to use a French Press for making tea.
- Steep 2 cups steeped Hojicha tea for every 1 cup of uncooked rice.
Directions
Prepare rice in ordinary fashion - adding rice to boiled tea instead of water.
