Blood Orange Salmon

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine all sauce ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour. Place a 1 1/2 to 2 lb. piece of 1" thick salmon filet in a glass rectangular baking dish. Pour the sauce over the salmon and bake uncovered for 15 to 20 min. until the salmon is flaky when tested with a fork. Remove the salmon from the baking dish and serve on a bed of rice.
