Everlasting Strawberry Syllabub
This dessert is so easy to make and nearly impossible to screw up. Feel free to swap up the wine if you don't have strawberry. I feel blackberry or raspberry would be lovely as well.

- 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sweet wine (I used strawberry)
- zest and juice of a small orange, or 1/2 large orange
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp chocolate truffle tea
- 3 tsp boiling water
Directions
Steep the tea in the water for 5 minutes, then strain out 3/4 tsp. Dissolve the sugar in the cream, then add all the other ingredients and use a mixer to whisk to stiff peaks. Spoon into a bowl, slice a strawberry for garnish, and enjoy.
