Smoky Baked Apples
A twist on a standard baked apples, the addition of some smores tea adds a light smoky and chocolaty flavor to the sweet and tart apples.

In a saucepan, heat the honey with the spices and lemon juice. In same pan combine tea, lemon brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and honey. Chop and combine cranberries and 1 tsp sunflower seeds. Core the apples and leave the bottoms intact. Peel the top third of each. Place in a greased loaf pan and fill with cranberry/seed mix. Pour the honey/sugar over apples. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes until apples are tender. Baste every 5 minutes. Top with more sunflower seeds. Serve warm and with a scoop of ice cream.
