Adagio Always Nuts Breakfast Couscous

Nathaniel Higdon TeaChef Level 2

I’m always nuts for breakfast and no breakfast is complete without a good tea. This breakfast style couscous is made using Adagio Tea’s Always Nuts tea, preserved fruit, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a touch of ginger. Super simple and extremely easy, this can be a quick healthy breakfast when you are short on time. While the couscous on its own with just the tea infusion is delicious and retains the cinnamon roll/apple cinnamon danish flavor of the tea the experience is heightened by the addition of preserved fruit that helps round out this innovative breakfast item. Moms will love it because it needs no added sugar and college students will enjoy it due to ease of cooking and quickness.
